With more than 300 sales representatives and over $600M in revenues, PRSG is in charge of the distribution of a variety of products and manages ten distribution centers around the island. PRSG required a robust technology infrastructure to sustain their strong presence and continuous growth. e3 Consulting Operational Excellence Team was in charge of helping PRSG reach their objective in finding the best enterprise transformation system to satisfy and optimize their end-to-end processes. Our team conducted an analysis of current state processes and practices across the organization and re enforced findings with best practice research in executing an RFP process. Once the RFP was released, e3 and PRSG began the vendor analysis and negotiations process for the implementation of a new company-wide system. Our team is currently managing the implementation of Infor’s M3/WMS package, which includes a robust ERP system that covers all back-end processes relevant to PRSG’s operation.
