There are so many I would recommend but definitely on the top of that list for any colleague would be “Now, Discover your strengths!” I think it’s important people know what their natural talents are and leverage on them.

What would you do if you won the lottery? - Travel, invest, pay off debts, and further my education.
What is the best vacation you’ve had? - Summer Eurotrip with friends, we visited Portugal, Spain and other countries.
