The Government of Puerto Rico is in the process of a major digital transformation to improve the services to businesses and citizens.  At the same time, this transformation wants to implement efficiencies that translate into lower operational costs while implementing a new fiscal model.

 

e3 Consulting worked with the Government to design and develop the Single Business Portal (SBP) to create an integrated digital window to apply and manage all business permits, licenses, and incentives. The SBP will integrate over 100 products that were previously managed across different manual and digital platforms.
