Coca Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers (CC1) selected e3 Consulting to assist in the change management, project management, and analysis support for the implementation of their Oracle Fusion ERP. CC1 is seeking support that will help their executives, employees, and suppliers engage and embrace the major change that will significantly impact the enterprise’s processes. e3 Consulting’s key objective is to help and guide end users and stakeholders and to ensure that there is a smooth transition from the current operational model to the new processes and technology.

Solution & Services:

  • Dedicated team that will work hand-in-hand with the business users across the Financial divisions and the divisions impacted by the ERP models to be implemented.

  • Understand the expected tangible and intangible benefits expected from implementation of the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Financial Oracle Fusion modules.

  • Assist the CC1 users in analyzing and designing workflows with the implementation partner to help obtain the expected benefits.

  • Define a Change Management and communication plan to engage users to accept the new Oracle Fusion processes as a transformation engine towards operational efficiency.

  • Lead the implementation of the change management and communication plan across the different implementation phases to reduce resistance to change and ensure that transformation is permanent and aligned with the leadership’s strategic goals.

  • Assist and support CC1 in project management tasks throughout the different phases of the project.

Results:

  • An integrated operation with a significantly reduced number of manual processes and easier access to decision data and analytics.
